Initial Situation
The annual adidas sales and marketing event was to be transformed into a fully digital format for the first time. The challenge was to create an experience that would not only be accessible to 18,000 employees across Europe but also engaging and future-oriented in its staging.

Development
Together with the creative agency PINC Solutions, a narrative and visual concept was developed that combines classic event dramaturgy with the possibilities of virtual worlds. The production merged 3D asset creation and motion capture technology with a stylized aesthetic, creating a completely new event experience.
The virtual implementation measurably increased interaction and attention within the Europe-wide livestream.
At the same time, adidas was increasingly perceived internally as an innovative, technologically pioneering brand.
