Initial Situation
Scaffolding is one of the trades with particularly high risk levels. Traditional safety training quickly reaches its limits here — especially because real danger scenarios cannot be realistically practiced. On top of that, language barriers often complicate the communication of critical safety information. The need for a new, hands-on training approach was clear — and urgent.

Development
In collaboration with Alfix, an immersive application was developed in 2020, allowing employees to train for real hazard scenarios in a virtual environment. Free of language barriers – yet with high recognizability and didactic precision. The result: a tool that not only meets existing safety standards but redefines them.
