Initial Situation
In Rettner & Ziegler’s daily operations, the individual planning of balcony railings had previously been a complex, largely manual process. From initial sketches and measurements to final production approval, several days could easily pass – a time-consuming coordination effort that left little room for flexibility and increasingly pressured competitiveness.

Development
Together with the Rettner & Ziegler team, we analyzed and systematically digitalized their analog processes. The result: a planning tool that makes all parameters freely configurable, automatically generates profiles and decorative elements, and provides a live visual preview directly in the browser – all without additional software.
Result
The entire planning process, including all relevant outputs, is now completed in under one hour.
