Die bisherigen Schulungsans\u00e4tze f\u00fchrten in eine Sackgasse. Die abstrakte Theorie verfehlte die Praxisn\u00e4he. Reale \u00dcbungen mit schwerem Ger\u00e4t verursachten dagegen hohe Kosten und erheblichen Planungsaufwand. Der Prozess begann mit der Analyse der realen Abl\u00e4ufe. Der bestehende Schulungsweg wurde zerlegt und in eine digitale User Journey \u00fcberf\u00fchrt. Jedes Detail wurde in die Logik des Interaktionsdesigns \u00fcbertragen. Vom korrekten Anlegen der pers\u00f6nlichen Schutzausr\u00fcstung bis zur realit\u00e4tsnahen Baggersteuerung bildet das System die physische Erfahrung digital ab.
